We offer a 72 hour, no questions asked, return window from the date of receipt on all pre-owned musical instruments. We just ask that the returning customer covers the associated shipping costs.

If an item arrives and is damaged or otherwise not as described, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt for a full return, or credit toward an item we have in stock.

Accessories and miscellaneous items are not covered by our no questions asked return policy, but if you're ever unhappy with an order from Albita Guitars, please reach out, we'd love a chance to make it right!
